Senior Finance Accounting Professional
Location: Bratislava, SK
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, experienced team member to own the Financial processes, to act as the key finance contact for portfolios and work closely with the wider iptiQ Finance team, iptiQ Data Operations Team, Distribution Partners and Third-Party Administrators.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Provide oversight of finance and accounting activity; ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of incoming financial data
Provide comprehensive analysis and business commentaries with respect to the accounting policy, reporting, monitoring and reconciliation activities according to the management requirements
Contribute and support Finance related projects, including new deals and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Support internal / external reporting and audit activities
Ensure compliance with the risk and control framework
Perform quality and consistency checks on technical trial balance

iptiQ EMEA L&H Carrier CFO
Group Finance and iptiQ Financial Reporting Team
Internal / External audit
External administrators and Distribution Partners
About You
Three or more years of work experience in the financial services industry (work experience in a controls/audit role is desirable)
Experience in Complex Accounting
High attention to detail, financial and analytical thinking, independent and proactive attitude
End to end ownership mindset with ability to see the bigger picture
University degree in Economics, Science, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills – able to explain complex issues in a clear and concise fashion
PC skills, strong MS Excel knowledge
Team-mate with good interpersonal skills and an engaging and motivating personality
Advanced Business English language ability
The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2000 EUR full time.
