Modern Slavery Statement

Swiss Re is committed to respecting human rights and upholding high standards of ethical business conduct across its operations and value chain.

The Modern Slavery Statement, published pursuant to the United Kingdom’s Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), sets out the governance framework, policies, processes and measures in place to enhance oversight and transparency.

From the 2025 reporting year onward, the Statement is issued on behalf of the Swiss Re Group as a consolidated Group-wide disclosure. It outlines the key actions taken during the reporting period to identify and address risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, including forced labour, across the Group’s operations and supply chain.

The statement should be read in conjunction with other relevant disclosures issued by the Group, including the non-financial information published in Swiss Re’s Annual Report 2025.
